A fortnight after our session, we will have a follow-up coaching call to offer further support, provide accountability and to ensure that you are clear on your next steps.

We will help you create a clear plan. However, we cannot DO it for you. You will have to move out of your comfort zone and complete the work required. We will give you all the tools and support you need to make it happen for you, like we have made it happen for ourselves and helped our previous clients to do too!
